There are toilet blocks throughout the campsites and arena. We are working hard to improve the standards of the toilets this year. At most toilet blocks, there will be a toilet service attendant based there permanently. If you notice any toilets that need servicing, please tell the nearest CAT teams in the campsites or the HAT teams in the arena. All toilet paper supplied is made from recycled toilet paper. Any additives used in the toilets are biological and are not harmful to the environment.
Disabled toilets are available at throughout the site at key locations.
The shower tent is situated in the Village and will be open from 6am to 1pm and from 7pm to 12.30am each day.
Compost Toilets
You may have stumbled across some of the compost toilets last year In The Woods. As they were highly successful and very popular in 2008, we will be expanding the numbers and this year there will be 80 of these eco loos onsite. They are waterless and odourless, and at the end of the composting cycle produce valuable fertile compost.

Customers must exchange their ticket for a wristband as they arrive onsite and enter via the campsite gates. Please note that this is a change to previous years.
We have relocated the wristbanding tents to just inside each campsite gate to increase security, but please note that this does mean that some form of queue as you first come in, if you arrive at the start of the festival, or arrive at a peak time is likely. We will be doing our best to wristband everyone as quickly as we can.
Wristband exchanges will be located inside each campsite gate.
The wristband exchange for day ticket holders is situated by the day ticket entrance.
Re-admittance to the site is only possible once you have been wristbanded. Entrance to the arena is only possible with a valid wristband, tickets will not be allowed through at this point.
Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
To avoid any disappointment we advise all ticket holders to leave plenty of time to get their wristband and allow time to walk between the campsites and the stages to avoid missing any of your chosen acts.
We advise all day ticket purchasers to arrive early to avoid missing any of their chosen acts and to leave ample time to get from the entrances to the stages.
