Comic and activist Mark Thomas creates the Latitude Manifest. Festival goers get the chance to put forward their ideas and policies to make the perfect world or at least improve their own lives.
Manifesto officials will be on site to collect policies or folk can fill in the forms at the Literary Signing stall at the side of the Literary Arena or collect from the HATs on the bridges. Mark takes to the stage on Friday at 6.15pm to discuss and debate the ideas and then gets the audience to vote through their favourite ideas to create the Manifesto.
The final 10 polices form the basis for Mark and others to go off and campaign upon.
