Friday 17th July, 2009In Pandora’s Playground this weekend, nabokov will present ‘Every Brilliant Thing’, a breathtaking installation surrounding a heartbreaking play about a boy who makes a list of every brilliant thing. It started life as a ten minute monologue by playwright Duncan Macmillan about a boy who tries to stop his depressed mum from killing herself. Since it was first performed, members of the public have submitted thousands of brilliant things via Facebook and now, designers Paul Burgess and Simon Daw have created
an extraordinary installation of all the brilliant things, within which the play will be performed at regular intervals.
