What was the last thing that you lost? Your keys? Your inhibitions? Your youth? Love?
We all lose things, and now rising young performance company, Ignore the
Forecast, offer a place where audiences can commemorate, share and bid a ritual goodbye to something that they once had but have lost forever. A gateway between the lost and found, The Tree of Lost Things, is a durational participatory installation that retrieves the irretrievable and grows and blooms over the course of the festival as people share their stories of loss and hang them on the branches of our tree.
