‘RETURN’ is a story about needing to leave a place and having to come back. A graphic tale about the things we cannot fight and how our choices define us. Noah comes home after 3 years away, called back seemingly through a sense of duty. Can he do what he came back to do and avoid everything he fought to escape?

Following the success of ‘If I Cover My Nose You Can’t See Me’. Polarbear again seeks to push the form of live story telling and spoken word beyond a collection of pieces on stage.

Polarbear is a writer and performer from Birmingham. He fell into spoken word in 2005 and has since established a reputation as someone who’s good at what he does. His form is influenced by his hip-hop background and a personal preference for the straightforward expression of ideas. He has performed all over the place.

‘His minimal style and unsettlingly straightforward and blunt lyricism make him shine out of the dross of a lot of spoken word’ – Dazed & Confused
